You can't go wrong with gyeran

You can cook it, fry it, boil it, stew it, or just eat it raw. And no Bubba, its not shrimp. Eggs, or gyeran in Korean, serve as a popular ingredient in Korean foods. Two standard egg disnes consist of gyeran-mari and gyeran-jjim.

Gyeran-mari are basically mini omelets rolled in small bites, topped with seaweed, sesame, chopped carrots and spring onions.
