Korean Food: Mini Fried Chicken (미니 양념치킨)


INGREDIENTS
For the Chicken:
1 Chicken Breast, 1/2 Tbsp Cooking Wine,
3 Pinches Salt, 2 Pinches Black Pepper, Oil for frying

For the Batter:
1 Tbsp Corn Starch for covering, 1 Egg White,
4 Tbsp Corn Starch, 1/2 Tbsp Water

For the Sauce:
2 Tbsp Ketchup, 2 Tbsp Honey or Corn Syrup,
1 Tbsp (Sugar, Finely Chopped Onion, Cooking Wine),
1 tsp (Red Pepper Paste, mayonnaise, Sesame seeds)
1/2 Tbsp (Minced Garlic, Olive Oil), 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil,
1 Pinch Black Pepper
